The fourth meeting forming part of the series of Development Plan meetings
was held last night in Castlecomer. This was a very interesting meeting,
focusing on the theme of Heritage, and the Council's Heritage Officer,
Dearbhala Ledwidge, gave a short presentation on Heritage in the County

The next meeting is taking place in Abbey Community College, Ferrybank, on
Wednesday the 18th July at 7.30pm. Details of all the meetings are

The Ferrybank meeting will focus on the topic of Economy and Service
Provision. If you are interested in that topic, or in development in the
county in general, please come along.
As a registered user, you will receive regular updates as the two year
development plan process moves along. We encourage you to ask other
friends/neighbours etc. to sign up so that they too can become involved and
participate in planning for our future.
